Award-Winning Microsoft 365 Consultant, Charity Technology Advisor, Trustee & Compliance Professional.
I help charities and purpose-led organisations use technology securely, confidently and effectively — without losing sight of the people and purpose behind the systems.

Living with Crohn’s disease, a lifelong form of Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD) that causes inflammation of the digestive system, has given me a deeply personal understanding of resilience, uncertainty, and the importance of compassionate support.
My experiences of living with IBD have shaped the way I approach leadership, accessibility, mental health awareness, and community advocacy. They have strengthened my belief in the importance of empathy, understanding, and ensuring that people feel heard, supported, and included.
Alongside my professional and voluntary commitments, I am proud to be a member of the Young Adults Advisory Panel at Crohn’s & Colitis UK, where I help bring the voices and experiences of young people living with IBD into conversations that shape support, services, and awareness.
Rather than defining me, Crohn’s disease has reinforced my commitment to helping build inclusive, supportive communities where people can access the understanding, confidence, and opportunities they need to thrive.
Crohn’s has taught me how to adapt, keep going through difficult periods, and recognise that professionalism and vulnerability can sit side by side.
Navigating healthcare, recovery and long-term condition management has made me more attentive to clear communication, patience and inclusive ways of working.
My personal health journey informs my wider work around mental health, young people, charity governance and building communities where people can ask for help without stigma.
